Morflex has a 6,000 sq. ft. building on site in which cGMP products are manufactured. The building houses three 7,000 gallon 316 stainless steel reactors and one 3,000 gallon Alloy 20 reactor. Each of the stainless steel reactors is equipped with a 436 sq. ft. condenser and is configured for reduced pressure fractionation to 5 torr. Unit operations are controlled by a programmable logic controller/MMI system. Pressure and temperature control are fully automated, and raw material batching is effected via positive displacement and mass flow meter methodology.

Material storage is available for in 304  stainless steel tanks ranging in size from 3,000 to 16,000 gallons.

Separations can be carried out using available plate-and-frame, Neutch, Sparkler and cartridge filters.
