Dibutyl Sebacate (DBS) is a specialty plasticizer that provides excellent compatibility and superior low temperature properties to a variety of polymers. The low temperature advantages of DBS, makes this an excellent choice for vinyl food contact films used in refrigeration. It is also used in a variety of coatings, films and articles that include such resins as vinyls, acrylics, nitrile rubber, Buna-n rubber, as well as some cellulosics.
