Product Development, Technical and Analytical Services: Morflex is organized to provide product and process development, analytical and quality control methodology, and all other technical services needed to support custom manufacturing projects. Its laboratories devoted to these activities are staffed with well trained personnel experienced in providing custom manufacturing support.

Engineering and Environmental Services: Supported by a cross-functional team of technically trained personnel, Morflex's staff of engineers is skilled in techniques relating to scale-up and reconfiguration of production equipment. This combined team assures Morflex customers that effective solutions will be developed and implemented promptly for all challenges faced during development and production. In addition, Morflex's resources include environmental and regulatory professionals with the expertise needed to support the permitting and regulatory requirements of cGMP activities.

Quality Assurance and Quality Control: Morflex's Quality Control Laboratory is staffed by experienced professionals proficient in multi-analytical techniques. They are fully engaged in qualifying raw materials and in supporting process control through analyses of in-process materials. The Quality Control Laboratory staff is, of course, responsible to ensure that all finished products meet the required physical and chemical specifications.
